guys i've made so many updates abt this but I'm still confused 😭 how do I link someone's profile? like for buddy reads when ppl have it so you click on the name and it takes u to their profile? idk howwww pls help

basically bc gr is ancient you have to use html

the html is < a href=" LINK TO PROFILE "> PERSONS NAME < /a >
so if you go to the goodreads desktop (like js open it up in google), then go to their profile, then copy the link it shows in the search bar, then paste the url wherever u want it, you can js add it that way! idk how to insert a link on a word tho i think you might have to be in desktop 😭
you have to get rid of the spaces in the < a and tho

Girl go type this on Google "how to mention a friend on goodreads and rename the link" copy the following link the in then in the name slot mention your freinds name or whatever and in the URL part copy your friends url and paste it on there 😭💖 I hope it helps ml<3
