holy shit what a plot twist. Jess ended up killing Tammy, Phoebe and Meagan because of what they were doing with older men. Jess used Daisy’s ID to wait for Tammy in the schools computer lab, she coaxed Tammy out back and hit her over the head with a broken piece of pipe. It was raining hard that night and that’s what wiped away all the evidence. Ultimately dumping Tammy in Dolls Eye Lake…

after killing Jess, he tried taking her out to Dolls Eye Lake to drop her in the water but he couldn’t. So he wrapped her up and put her in the bottom of the paddleboat. That’s why he never wanted anyone going in the garage. He let her decompose in the garage and would go out and talk to her.

Jess ended up killing Meagan as a F U to her dad for ruining her life and her families. Jess ended up putting her ring on Meagan’s finger, the one that her dad gifted her.

Also Lindsey and Ryan met up with the old lead detective on the case and he had a copy of the police file.
