This book has been a little dull and lacking action until our hero is shot out of the air and parachutes into the desert and ends up back in touch with Herr Hitler!

He had been born into a time of strain and suffering, but at least nobody could say that it lacked variety, nobody had a right to be bored! Lanny had identified himself with a cause, and he lived in that and for that, and it kept him busy most of the time.

This series is multiple very long books, but they have been good to read back to back because the books carry on logically from one to the other. In this case, it has been a while between books because the final books are just being completed in the Audible format. This book was just completed at the beginning of this year.
