maximum ride! i was about 10 or 11 and bored out of my mind and saw one of my older sisters books and it was thickkkkk like 300 pages and i was like “ooh that’s an teen book” but i picked it up anyway and i now own over 100 of james patterson’s work!

The My Little Pony phonics fun book when I was learning to read, lol. I loved that book and I had to get a new copy after I spilled water on it, haven’t seen it in years, but good times.

Wings of fire. I never touched a single book that wasn't a picture book or comic until I picked up "the brightest night" one day in 4th grade. It was the thing that really kickstarted me into reading <3
