Peeta you are so much more intelligent than katniss gives you credit for . And if you tell me she explicitly says he’s smart I will say yes you’re right but then she completely misjudges his type of intelligence because she’s clouded by the prey instinct of White Boy Will Kill Me In Five Minute

i do honestly forget how amazing Katniss’ inner monologue is sometimes….its great to hear what she thinks? Her perspectives? Her outlook on life??

Also forgot how HEAVY HANDED Suzanne was with katpee right from the start….how people were team gale i haven’t the foggiest (I do have a foggy actually….an elaboration for the YouTube video methinks)

That first chapter never gets easier, esp after knowing everything else that happens….

There’s something that hurts profoundly in hearing katniss muse about her parents, gale, th odds, her district, prim in the face of it all….

listening to Ethel Cain doesn’t help either I could cry about it
