Ummmm gross

The pace of the chapters has completely changed. I felt that many were just hysterics of Garratty coming in and out of consciousness, and honestly I those were a bit boring - interesting but just too drawn out/repetitive. Now that the Walkers are thinned out and approaching Freeport, backstory, reasoning is emerging. And I honestly find that more enjoyable a read. They better follow through on their promise.

It really does feel way too early for them to be so tired. I just know how much book is left…

Why is McVries helping Garraty?? Is it just the mutual experience??

The immersion into the world was smooth. Although the tension is palpable, nothing felt severe or abrupt. I know those moments will come and their impact will be all the greater because of this.

I’ve seen the movie trailers, so I know what the “ticket” is - at least I think I do.
