Wooo hoooo! All done! After 3 tries to read this, I succeeded in my 4th! The thing for me was the slow, heavily detailed start to this book. I felt like I was being force fed a banquet of information, much of which didn't seem to be needed. But I understand, it's the first book of a new world and there needs to be an understanding of how things have come to be. Anyways, I enjoyed the read!

4th time must be the charm I guess, as finally, I managed to start this book and get interested in it. So far, so good!
