Bianca's dad is really depressed and her mom is still on a tour. Bianca is really upset. Her dad told her to go hangout with her friends so she did because she knew that that meant that her dad wants to be alone. I liked how the author chooses to talk in Bianca's perspective because she's close to most of the characters in the book and she's able to read other character's mind ish. This makes it easier to understand.

Why is Bianca's life so sad? Her parents, her friends, Wesley and Toby. I really think she should ask Jesse and Casey for help. I feel like Bianca's parents don't care about her. Her friends only care about boys and going to college parties. Wesley always annoys Bianca about being the DUFF and she feels really bad and stupid and mad. Toby seems cool but he has a girlfriend and they're going to the same university.
