I like the adventures of Kvothe away from home, here with the mercenaries even if not like "Kvothe at the university". I hope that we come soon to the fulcrum of story.

The adventures of the young Kvothe are thrilling, but I wonder if all this book will be enough to describe his life, starting with his expulsion from the academy.

The stories of young Kvothe are amazing, but no progress on his quest about Chandrian. Some episodes are funny and strengthens its friendship with other characters, like Sim and Wil.

I like the story but, as for the first book, I'm reading much about the life of the young Kvothe, but nothing about his legend. I hope that in the next chapters, this book will give more answer that questions. :)
