The Art of War has shown great versatility in every area I've seen it in. After finishing the incrediblely long introduction I thought that the way that the book was presented was done very well. It lets you understand the rules war and how they can apply to real life with accounts of Hannibal in Rome and World War II. These rules are applicable to everyday situations with court cases and market competition.

The first 29 pages of "The Art of War" are very interesting. They have an introduction to how and why this book was made as well as the background circumstances of the situation. In one instance Sun Tzu tests his military ideologies with women and ends up beheading two concubines who were leading a company. This introduction just shows how the book is going to continue on into a serious topic of war.
