Reading the audiobook trilogy. Just completed the first in the series: The Poppy War.
The middle of this book was a major struggle for me. I liked the beginning and the end picked up quite a bit and raised the stakes, but I am not at all emotionally invested. I feel bad because I can tell it’s a good story and so many people love it, but I’m ✨struggling✨.
On to The Dragon Republic.
