I’m not reading this yet but where do you find this book??? It’s 6 pages so I can’t buy it it’s not on my kindle and i can’t find it anywhere I NEED this book please if anyone knows where to find it pls let me know. If John Green won’t make a p2 for the fault in our stars then I at the very least need all that remains of Hazel Grace’s story 😔😔
