To find food freedom, you must be prepared to follow at least the basic reset: eliminate all forms of gluten, dairy, and alcohol; keeping all foods and beverages minimally processed; and steering clear of added sugar or artificial sweeteners. This is the bare minimum of an effective reseda and should only be used when you truly don't have the capacity to change your diet any more dramatically.
