It's been far too long since I read an audiobook. No better book to get back into it with than one of my least favorite series. I really know how to come back from a reading slump :(

It's crazy how a book can have the opposite of a sanderlanche. It's like the book gets slower and more boring the longer it goes on. I can name like 3 or 4 actual things that have happened in this book how is it more than 400 pages long.

a 3rd act breakup?! who could’ve seen this coming? Wow she says she’ll never be with him? Crazy how they’ll definitely not end up together by the end of the book

this is so much better than the other books. don’t get me wrong some of the writing is a little questionable but Chaol is at least likable. I hate Aelin so much
