Wow. Those 17 pages were incredibly eventful, I loved the dive into the politics between the Board and Salvor, and revelations about the state of Empire, as well as how comprehensive and brutal Hari’s revelations were when the vault opened.

Started part IV: the Traders. I’m intrigued to see how they differ from the group in the show. So far, I’ve enjoyed the exposition that religious fanatics are so easily manipulated as they respond to words of persuasion rather than facts and evidence.

The second crisis has concluded, but this time with the full plot playing out in writing! It is incredibly refreshing to have the closure of conclusion – especially such a thrilling one! – and I look forward to more of the same.

Getting more interesting, I like the political themes. There was a significant and abrupt time jump, which I’m hoping doesn’t mean the earlier storyline has been left behind permanently.

Interesting, more similar to the show so far than I expected. There is some clear misogyny which is somewhat unsurprising given the time it was written in, but still uncomfortable. I am eager to see how the story develops.
