Agree with some of the other reviews I have read on this and the other books in the series. This is like ADHD Fantasy - the character POV switches every 2minutes (on the audibook). It feels like there are 5 plot threads all inching forward a tiny bit each time. I would rather have one move forward an amount that is more substantial then switch. Not super engaged, I dont particularly like any of the characters

NGL barely paid attention to the last 10ish %. I am just not engaged or invested in this anymore. Sad I will likely not finish the third installment but I just don't think I can subject myself to much more of this.

I think I've lost interest in this. The four threads/POVs it follows are fine but I just don't really care for the characters. I'll finish it and it will likely end on a cliffhanger so that the third book is tee'd up but I doubt I'll continue to see it through.

Can't say I remember the last 20-30% but then again I'm not that married to this book so I don't really care. Going to see what I can pick up/gather as I continue forward. At this point keen to get through this book to get it off my plate, I don't think I'll continue with the third book in the trilogy unless this has a stellar ending.

Listened to the last 20 odd % in one continuous stint while walking and it's much more enjoyable when it has the momentum and continuous listening on its side. I am still not loving this book but it's entertaining enough. The POV switching is still much more than needed but it's ok, I def prefer some character povs more than others which helps that is switches often not being stuck on one I don't care about.

On top of those 3 main POVs it jumps between it also switches often between a full side cast of characters some who are only around for a short time others have been from the first book. I think with the main story/plot lined out from the first book this one is clear in terms of the drive but I feel like if this and the first book were combined it might've made more sense? They're fine as short books though

I was unsure whether I was going to continue this series but given how the last one ended I thought why not (these are also the only audiobooks I have lined up so they're kinda placeholders). The POV changes so rapidly between Wulfrick, his fiancee (who is apparently alive) and the antagonist Rolo or something. It's okay, pacing is quick which feels weird like I've missed things on the way. Overall average so far
