Will and the risabce have found out two ways to create flying machines. One is an airballoon, and the other is an airplane. Sadly, the mission failed to destroy the last alien city when the planes descovered a statice shield over the city turning every electric machine off. Now as their last hope, Will, Fritz and others will get on the aitballoons and carry the bombs all the way to the last alien city.

I think that the theme in this is hope. When the Will came to the secret lare of the resistance after his terrible mission, he said that in a very short time, the tripods would start to make the whole world full of deadly gases. The leader hearing this said that he devised a plan that would solve everything.
