I read this way back in grade school, but I'm rereading it as NaNo prep, since Dimwood Forest is closest to what I need for inspiration. Ereth is my spirit animal (literally?) and the illustrations are so fracking ablorbables as expected. I'm going to try and take notes, on plot and overall structure to maybe get some ideas, but I might just read it to get in the right mindset.
