I'm right at the end of the book and I want to scream "THIS THIS THIS!!!" as she goes through her medical record and reads what they wrote about her in her file. That is exactly the reason I have an issue with the mandate that we take notes (as mental health workers) like that. What the hell do we know? Half of what they wrote is wrong and, as someone in that field can tell you, it's because they backdated them all!
