I'm a bit dubious about the goodreads' blurb of this. Ari isn't angry. Most of the time he's a bit sad and that's it. Why does it say he's angry?

It's picking up now, but there were a lot of inane conversations there in the beginning. Then again, I remember being 15– you always talked about inane things that were close to being meaningful before sliding back to inane again. But maybe I don't want a whole book that's like that.
