I wasn’t joking about rereading this book

I knew we weren’t the good guys. I knew we were at least a little bit the bad guys. But yeah we’re the Empire. And the author ended chapter 5 being like “well that was one way, but now let’s talk about how this happens in even more insidious ways”! Fun!

Let’s be clear, this isn’t a bashing book, I’m learning a TON, and I’m glad I’m learning it.

It’s extremely interesting but a lot of stats I’m not skilled enough to verify. People I trust love this book so I’m hoping it’s pretty trustworthy, but these are not times to trust anything you read.
