Absolutely bone chilling. It never seems to amaze me the level of impact I get from hearing these traumas through anothers pov and how it can so easily bypass 12+ years of therapy. The level of healing one can get when you push your boundaries with your ptsd while continuing through the events/triggers of the story can be extremely therapeutic. It's not for a faint heart or the weak, but truly thankful for Author's.
