The advice and recommendations are sound, but only actionable by college leadership, i.e., trustees, the president’s team and provosts. V.P.s, Deans and above may be able to make recommendations, but most meaningful actions will require budgets, which will require top leadership buy-in. That being said, the information is good if it can be sold to the top decision makers.
