Dill had returned from Meridian and had come back to Maycomb. This left Scout and Jem delighted. They all played a game called the Radleys, and each of them would be a family member of the Radleys. Although, they would have to go in front of the Radley place. This left Scout mortified, and Dill said if Scout would not play, then Dill and Jem could play the game.

Dill left Maycomb to return to the town of Meridian. This left Scout and Jem very depressed since they were good friends. Scout was looking forward to going to school. Although now, he is not enthusiastic about going to school. His teacher complains to him explaining that his father should have taught him basic subjects already, and this leaves Scout angry. Jem asks if he is feeling okay, and Scout says he is not.

Dill

Dill had already left the town of Maycomb to return to Meridian. This left Scout and Jem very depressed since they were good friends. Scout was looking foward to school at first. But now, he is not excited to be in school. His teacher was explaining to him how his father should have taught him basic things. This makes Scout angry. When he is home, Jem asks him if he is feeling okay, and Scout says he is not well.

But after about a week, he complains to Jem that school is too hard for him, and he does not feel well. Scouts teacher tells him that his father should have taught him, and this makes Scout angry.

There was a new kid in the town of Maycomb. His name was Dill. He became good friends of Scout and Jem. They were all talking about their neighbors house, which belonged to the Radley's. They were talking about how it was abandoned and they though it was scary. Scout and Jem kept daring each other to set foot on the Radley's house, but they were all too afraid to do it
