Is the lack of authenticity we all sense enduringly tolerable? Why is it that only sometimes do we feel connected, vital and resonant with nature?

Contentedness is not be found, nor acquired, not merely to be understood or explained in ideation, and is itself utterly desireless. The deepest contentedness is revealed only to the non-seeker, the non-believer; that is, to selfless non-entity.

I entirely reject the suitability of the term 'spiritual search', and more so its self-centric connotations. Personal spiritual enlightenment is a pernicious myth conceived as a relationship between subject (person), and object (knowledge).
In searching earnestly for an ungraspable truth, the spiritual seeker unwittingly intensifies their discontent and alienation.

As states of contentedness manifest in less overtly obvious expressions still, and due also to their more refined constitution, we remain largely unaware that it is precisely this subtle state of non-rejection, equanimous acceptance and the correlative attendant tranquility that paradoxically is so ineffectually attended to, yet intuitively sought amidst our wordly struggles.

The fundamental motivation which guides and consequently shapes our lives is one of a recondite striving towards the fulfillment of a state of contentedness. In remaining largely undisclosed to the aware subject, nonetheless, the pursuit of this arcane objective is conducted peremptorily whilst being misguided in conception and ineffectual in execution.
