How does the narrator know exactly who is in his Karass and not just part of a granfalloon? A

I like the slight reveals out of chronological order that Vonnegut has. It drives more interest in me to keep reading the book. F

"If you wish to study a granfalloon, Just remove the skin of a toy balloon." I love how Vonnegut is using his fake religion as a tool of satire in this novel. F

I predict that Franklin isn't dead and will have a larger role in the novel because of how Vonnegut keeps mentioning him. P

"We found Father close by. His memorial—as specified in his will, I later discovered—was a marble cube forty centimeters on each side. “FATHER,” it said." I think it's how Felix gave his wife an insanely massive grave but wanted his to be so small and so simple despite his enormous impact on the world. F

Vonnegut made a point on this in Breakfast of Champions but it annoys me that science fiction works often are so unrealistic or provide almost no explanation into how their science works. A

Francine Pefko is a name, but a different character, used in some of Vonnegut's other works. I'm curious if their is supposed to be any connection among the characters or if this is just some artistic choice of Vonnegut's. A

Jonah or John is writing a book about people's lives on the day the first atom bomb was dropped and he came into contact with the dwarf son of a man who worked on the bomb. Jonah is also a Bokononist at the time of writing the story but not yet at the time when he was writing his book.

"When I was a younger man—two wives ago, 250,000 cigarettes ago, 3,000 quarts of booze ago…" I like this quote as a way to show time because it is unconventional. F
