Urghh having mixed feelings on this one. I appreciate the prose and unique writing style, it’s very different. However the story is boring right now, I don’t appreciate the decision to tell the audience how it ends in the first chapter. I get it’s an out there provocative choice, but it’s just spoiled my curiosity & investment in finishing it. Plus it’s a gay book - we all knew it was gonna end in the death
