I think I get the appeal - it’s a bunch of common sense simplified into “applicable” lifestyle changes. My issue with this framework is the common sense stuff most people already do, and the rest isn’t practical to do, that’s why it’s not commonly done.

My only takeaway thus far is to be rich enough to hire an assistant

This book reads like a really long LinkedIn post but I suppose I’m a sucker for cliché self-help - besides I will admit the habit chapter was a great summary of Duhigg’s power of habit self help/pop psychology book and even though Jerry will clown me for reading atomic habits and Abhi will clown me for choosing to read LinkedInesque books I look forward to the summarized self-help advice morsels I shall consume
