Why does he even mean by liberation? Political rights? 1810. Full citizenship? 1818, 1947.
It would be more interesting if he was forthright and explicitly defended the use of violence on honest civilians (the anti-pueblo, as he refers to non-compliants) to appease the coveters of goods. And if this seems extreme, the cheerful Maoists he constantly refers to are the terrorist Montoneros.
