Page 1405 🤩 I’m really enjoying how Tolstoy comments throughout on the accuracy of his retelling (and the accuracy of historians in general). It’s interesting how he seems to believe that all of the events were predestined to happen. However, the entire chapter comparing Moscow to a bee hive was something I’d be glad not to read again.
