What in the name of goth Jesús! All the humans were doing a proverbial witch hunt with the ravens. And now suddenly all is neat and tidy?

This story started so very DARK. Humans executing ravens in the most cruelest of ways and ravens lashing out. If anything ravens were depicted as the ones suffering more. Now that the second book is winding down to an end. Suddenly everything is tidying up neatly with all of Malyr’s ways being sweetly justified and the rift between humans and ravens not so wide. All depicted in a very convenient way.
