OMG THATS SO CUTE!!! I literally squealed out loud while reading that. SO CUTE!!!

First time I’ve seen the results of PTSD in a fantasy novel. I haven’t read many in a while, so I’m sure it’s more prevalent now, but it’s interesting.

Sigh…giving a scroll with ancient power to an unknown to you wizard is a BRILLIANT idea! You have NO idea how he will use it! Probably for ill. Book isn’t quite halfway done, so the team will probably have to deal with the Wizard they just OP’d as the Final Boss. Sigh.

That’s not the right use of “visage”…one more thing boots me out of this book, DNF.

Ummm…wait a minute. They only scouted UP. They still need to scout DOWN. What if there is an enemy in the basement of the Necromancer’s Keep? They’ll be surrounded if they aren’t lucky.

I really like how their adventuring gear is described as different from their normal every day and traveling gear.

Scratching my sci-fi/fantasy itch. First action, straight out of a D&D campaign and written well. This bodes well!
