Ben Jealous is 42 years old and is a former president and CEO of the NAACP. Ben explains how he succeed in life, and how he still is successful. One way/ method he used to become successful was taking and facing risks. What I mean by " facing risks," is himself being the leader of some form of public service he has all eyes on him. So whatever he says, everyone hears; so not everyone is going to agree with him.

Alex Peay is a 27 year old African American man; the founder of Rising Sons. Alex went through a racial situation when he was in college at Ursinus College. He wanted to start a discussion group with other black men on campus. This small group discussed how to overcome civil rights issues. Later on this group show others how successful they are by talking professionally and dressing professionally as well.
