My goodness this is a good book! There's some parts that are very scientific, and they're mathematic abstracts, but the book does have a very human side that gets into the character of these men, their wives, and colleagues. Good book!

I was not really familiar with James Clerk Maxwell the physicist of the 19th century, but now I know the man was a genius. It's hard to understand how a man who contributed so much could slip by me unnoticed. This is a good book.

Interesting stuff that's for sure. Mathematics is very important in the modern world.
