Wade was shot and killed by some soldiers from the Elgen. The Electroclan is devastated but now they are planning to sink a ship called the Ampere that Doctor Hatch is using to get the Elgen over to an island where they can build a base to make weapons of mass destruction.

Michael Vey is back and now has to save his friends that are on there way to trial that will most likely end up having them all executed. He is in the jungle now trying to get to the mountain to radio the voice a person who has been mysteriously helping them.
