is it implied that sabine canonically sank the titanic bc she wanted to prove a point? bc if so… that’s iconic

all this time i’m just sitting here, drinking this book in, thinking there’s no way i’ll move on from this STANDALONE book with no promise of a sequel or ever seeing these characters ever again bc i knew i was gonna get attached but JEEZ I AM NOT GONNA BE OKAY. i’m calling it now this is like 10x better than addie larue

i think this is the first piece of vampire media i’ve seen that puts an emphasis on what it feels like to not have a pulse… that might sound weird, but it makes sense. that desperate chase of a phantom thrill rushing thru ur veins, if only temporary, can be just as addicting to these vampires as the blood itself, which i find SO INTERESTING. but maybe i’m weird for that lol

it’s just as mid-paced as addie larue, but for some reason it’s already so much more intriguing
