He only just figured out that he should have gone to the owners before the cops. *facepalm* Also, his internal misogyny is so romantic! I get it was caused by his mom, but still. It'll probably only get worse after Ivy's duplicity is revealed. I did really like the bouncy house scene. But he shook her grandfather's hand after he just fingered her!!! AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINGS ABOUT THESE THINGS?!?!

So...you poke at the bear after he told you to back off. It actually goes okay, but then you just have to keep poking in specifically the way he told you not to, then the bear snaps back and you believe HE has to apologize? It's his fault? Really? He shouldn't have made assumptions, but she went after him knowing what would happen because she just had to ~know everything about him. Also, she's still lying to him.

Also, the number one thing I don't understand is the size of these parcels of land. One's described as being many acres, and the other is at least one acre. Yet somehow they're like suburban houses right on top of each other so that he gets all the noise from the farm and trespassers all over his land. I don't get how that's possible unless the structures were built right next to each other over the property line.

I'm trying to not be annoyed by this female embodiment of Will Farrell's Elf, because I'm bah humbug about Christmas, so I get Tanner. I will say that A-calling him a Scrooge is unfair, it's flipping August! Even people who love Christmas don't want it everyday year round. "Who doesn't like Christmas carols?!" Uh, *this girl* B-How is he a bad neighbor? On paper, the farm comes out looking horrible.

I completely agree with the fact he knew that tree farm was there before he bought the house and started work on it. On the other hand, if I had to listen to Christmas music blasted every day, year round (not to mention screaming children also posing a legal liability to me), I'd want to fire bomb the place. (Hell, I want to during the Christmas season anyway.)

I'm reading along...reading along...and, then: "But he shook her grandfather's hand after he just fingered her!!! AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS ABOUT THESE THINGS?!?!"
Let's just say that neither I nor my morning cuppa thank you for that, you funny ass.
PS: EWWWWWWW.

Hahahahaha, I feel like the author knew what she was doing to me. First, he couldn't shake his hand because they were still in the bouncy house (as if him climbing out of a children's bouncy house with that hand wasn't enough). Then it was like chicken, he put his hand out, and Pop wouldn't take it. It was like eeeeeeePHEW! Then they got all buddy-buddy and finally did! Cut to me making squeaky freak out noises. Not gonna lie, I'm glad I'm not suffering with it alone now.
