Oh where to even begin… read 62 pages of raif’s story so fad and how he met his Madonna… from the painting to that random encounter one night to their formal meeting in Atlantic, these two understand each other so profoundly that i had to physically stop myself from reading further because its 4 in the morning. im both intrigued and excited to see their relationship unfold! (i feel the despair coming…)

ive never felt such infectious melancholy… we are made up of every single experience we go through but do they have to cost us real connection? the narrator’s relationship with raif forever bears a hole because of so much time wasted. but, i look at the little time they were given as a way for them to heal the parts of themselves that have been shunned by their own introspections. cried. can’t wait 2 hear raif

still getting to know the characters. already met raif and we’re still building up to the narrator’s developing connection with him. i felt almost depressed with how the narrator depicted his situation. but excited to see how this story will unfold!
