I give this book a 4.5 because I wanted more. Overall it’s was an excellent read. I can’t imagined what it’s like to have your family sold from one person to another. Your rights taken away from you, being called properties.
This book was mostly about “slaves” and their searched for love ones but it touches on other areas as well.
