Fire-breathing salamanders 🤦🏻‍♀️ Why didn’t the author develop this magic system more instead of making up stupid, dangerous creatures? The relationship is cheesy. There is a whole dragon in this book that only ever shows up to serve as a symbolic passenger vehicle. It literally serves no other purpose... Silly.
