I've decided to try again. A lot of reviewers keep saying that this book is fantastic AND finally a few of them said that it IS extremely slow in the first novel.... So, going to try again because for some reason the summary keeps getting to me, and I want to try to like this book. So.... let's see!

I tried to get back into it and I think I'm done. I can't read this anymore. It's boring, it's tedious, it's slow and I'm just not interested. Which I'm disappointed it because I thought it sounded really, really good.

This is the most painful read to try and finish... It started getting good/decent at Chapter 14... and now it's back to snail's pace...

It is literally a struggle to read. Worst stream of consciousness-writing since Stephanie Meyer met EL James... Ugh. Admittedly, with a higher vocabulary and sense of creatively. But total ADD and circular writing nonetheless ...
