Finished part one- this is really stupid

So is everyone in this book an over the top caricature because everybody is really annoying and I can’t tell if that is a genuine choice but I like Arthur lol

Why is Harriet texting like an old man like even if she’s eloquent she’s still a highschooler? Highschoolers text dumb no matter their intelligence or personality like it’s not a freaking letter what 💀💀

Okay so Will is annoying Harriet is not annoying but I can see why Will THINKS she is but I think they’re both dumb and obviously not activists and their way of thinking is so unnatural but whatever

I’m getting a little annoyed at their stupidity. They won’t publish the article that was written in like three seconds?? Because they need a name? Make a name up idiotas??? Or don’t publish a hate piece on a teacher through the SCHOOL PAPER? AND LIKE hmm I don’t know just post it around the school anonymously or hand it out like any other highschooler would think of doing guys there are way better options

Will is woke guys and in a ‘I pretend to be an activist!’ kind of way and it pmo

Harriet is just as annoying but I think the author is more self aware but it might just be an author thing guys

Just started reading it but Will is hella annoying and cringy so far, but I think it might be the author’s writing failing at making a ‘quirky’ character, hope it gets better
