Read 35 pages of self-congratulatory introduction, desire for hero worship and general misunderstandings only to arrive at page 1. This book might never end. On the other hand, a bunch of those “12 rules” are so innocuous (“make friends with people who want the best for you”, “compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not who someone else is today”) that the reader might not have to fear any originality
