“And the fleet of little boats moved off all at once, gliding across the lake, which was as smooth as glass. Everyone was silent, staring up at the great castle overhead. It towered over them as they sailed nearer and nearer to the cliff on which it stood.”

“It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live, remember that.”

"Or perhaps in Slytherin
You'll make your real friends,
Those cunning folk use any means
To achieve their ends."
Took a hiatus from reading because of stuff outside of my control but feel like it's time to try and get back on track re: reading. I wasn't expecting Harry Potter to act as a comfort read this month but am glad for it all the same.

"No posts on Sunday."
A podcast group my mom listens to are going to focus on Harry Potter this month, so I'm buddy-reading it with her to prepare for it.
(She also got the 25th anniversary edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone as well as the Scottish edition. It's been quite fun reading along with the Jim Dale audiobook and seeing the differences between the U.S. and U.K.)
