it may be written better somewhere else but... identify your strengths and weaknesses and work WITH them. Don't try and fix your weaknesses - acknowledge them and work around them. I believe that the whole concept of "opposites attract" is actually an extension of this. We are drawn to those who fill the gaps - their strengths are my weaknesses etc. Together you make a sort of functional person...
