This book is 💯. Borrowing from my library. I've been reading for my own education and feel like the writing is very well done and considers all aspects of the disease and living with it, and now further into the book, talking about how to make changes that support a better life with decreased pain and combating it. I'll be buying my own copy to keep and also copies to share to educate family and friends.
