I want to throw this book. Ida is annoying and naive. I think I’d reject her message of Christianity as well. I’m actually preferring to read about the racist businessmen, because they represent a hard truth of this country’s history.

The only reason I’m not going to not throw this book is because I’m a passenger in a car, and I’d distract the driver!
