Good to see Demon’s comics become popular.

More sad tales with Martha, Emmy, Dory (losing the baby?) and Demon experiencing so many trials and tribulations.

I feel bad for Emmy and Maggot. Emmy because she places no value on herself. Maggot because he will do anything (including sexual acts) to procure opioids and/or meth.

Finally dating Dory, oxy/opiod addiction, doing meth (?), Mr. Pegget (spelling?) death. Such an amazing book. I definitely see why it won so many awards.

Between Fas-Forward’s return, meeting Dory, and Demon’s gnarly knee injury I can hardly keep track. Book is captivating. I also liked the random two-page tangent of how part of NorthWest Virginia were screwed by the North and the South during the Civil War.

I felt the transition to late teenage years was a bit abrupt. Story is still captivating and no stars deducted, but I felt I turned a page and BHAM: teenager.

So much happening! Joining JV team, meeting hippie wife and drawing/art, and now Mr. Armstrong and the Confederate flag.

I waited with baited breather as Demon talked to Coach about staying.

Just got to part moving in with football coach and meeting Angus. I laughed and cringed when found out Angus female.

Fascinating seeing Demon with McCobbs, running away, getting robbed, and meeting his grandmother and her immediate family. Not sure where this story will end but it is quite the journey!
