Actually, I'm hesitant to read this because... hmmm... How do I phrase this?... It feels like this book should be such a nice gift, but I've discovered quite a disconnect in the gift giver's words and actions. What I would have appreciated most was honest and emotionally mature communication. I think I'll pass unless something changes my heart.

I received this in the mail from a craniosacral therapist I saw on my 43rd birthday. She felt like I was meant to have her copy. It feels like it has arrived at the destined time as yesterday I received some shocking news that has rocked me to my core.
