I am starting to absolutely despise Myrtle Safford. I hope immeasurably horrid things happen to her. Her daughter Alice whom I have only just met, through her mother's eyes, has my complete sympathies. At this point should she become a deranged psychotic axe murder I would not blame her. I've been moved to near tears twice, just by the writing. I think this book will drain me of all positivity long after it is done.

I still hate Mrytle and Jillian is starting to annoy me... The Ghost is annoying too. Personally If I were Alice I'd do myself a favour and just turn into a psychotic axe murder! I am really not enjoying this book. I dont even know why I am reading it....
